Tuck away what's private.
Clear out the rest.
Lock photos, videos and documents in a vault that opens only with your PIN or pattern and is AES-encrypted on your phone. Then clean out the duplicates, huge videos and messy contacts filling it up. TuckVault — formerly CleanUp Buddy — for iPhone and Android.
Your vault.
Out of the camera roll.
Behind your own lock.
A hidden album is still in your library. A vault isn't. Move the private stuff somewhere that needs a PIN or pattern nobody else knows — not your phone passcode.
Private photo vault.
Pick the photos that shouldn't be one swipe away. They leave your library, get encrypted on the device and open only inside the vault.
Hide & lock photos →Documents,
locked too.
Scanned IDs, PDFs, bank screenshots and tickets — tucked away instead of loose in Photos or Files.
Lock documents →Videos,
full quality.
Hide videos without re-compressing them. Big files stay watchable inside the vault.
Hide videos →Your PIN.
Or your pattern.
Choose a lock that isn't your phone passcode, so handing over the phone doesn't hand over the vault.
PIN & pattern lock →Lock it. Tuck it.
Then clean up.
Nothing to configure beyond the lock you choose, and nothing leaves your library until you say so.
Set a PIN or pattern.
Pick something that is not your phone passcode. This is the only thing that opens the vault, so make it yours.
Move in the private files.
Import photos, videos and documents. They are encrypted as they go in and stored only inside the vault. Then delete the originals from your library and empty Recently Deleted.
Free up the rest.
Review duplicate and similar photos, oversized videos and repeated contacts. You decide what to delete, compress or merge.
All the cleaning power.
None of the chaos.
The same cleaner that made CleanUp Buddy useful. Find, review and downsize the things filling up your phone — nothing is deleted without you.
Duplicate photos
Spot accidental doubles and near-identical bursts, then choose which one stays.
Clean up photos →Compress videos
Find the videos eating gigabytes and shrink them without deleting the memory.
Shrink videos →Compress photos
Reduce oversized images while keeping the ones worth saving.
Shrink photos →Merge contacts
One person, one contact. Merge repeated entries and bring order to your address book.
Tidy contacts →Quick fixes.
Right in your browser.
Standalone image tools — no install, and the image never leaves your device. Your browser does the processing.
Image compressor
Compress JPG, PNG and WebP photos. Adjust quality and download a smaller image without uploading it.
Use free tool →Image resizer
Resize to exact pixel dimensions or a percentage, in your browser.
Use free tool →Image converter
Convert between JPG, PNG and WebP locally, in a few clicks.
Use free tool →Photo metadata remover
Strip EXIF data, including GPS location, before you share a photo.
Use free tool →Browser tools support still JPG, PNG and WebP images. For the vault, phone-library cleanup, contact merging and video compression, use the mobile app.
Private means
private to you.
The vault is encrypted on your device and opens with a lock you choose. The cleaner never deletes on its own. And the free tools on this site never upload your files.
How the encryption works →A little less hoping.
A lot more locked.
Built-in hiding is fine for keeping a photo out of the grid. It was never designed to keep it from someone who can unlock your phone.
Hide. Hope. Repeat.
- Photos stay in your library, just out of view
- Your phone passcode usually opens them
- They can sync to iCloud or Google Photos
- Documents and screenshots have nowhere to go
Tuck it. Lock it. Forget it.
- Photos, videos and documents leave the library
- A PIN or pattern that is only for the vault
- AES encryption on the device
- Plus a cleaner for everything that stays

What is TuckVault?
TuckVault is a two-in-one app for iPhone and Android. The vault moves private photos, videos and documents out of your camera roll into storage that is AES encryption-protected on your device and opens only with your PIN or pattern. The cleaner finds duplicate photos, similar shots, oversized videos and repeated contacts so you can free up space without guessing.
Is TuckVault the same app as CleanUp Buddy?
Yes. CleanUp Buddy is becoming TuckVault. It is the same App Store and Google Play listing, the same developer and the same cleaning features — now with the private vault front and centre. Existing installs update normally.
How is a vault different from the iPhone Hidden Album or Google Photos Locked Folder?
Hidden albums keep photos inside your photo library and hide them from the main grid. Anyone who can unlock your phone can usually open them, and on iPhone they sync to iCloud Photos. TuckVault moves files out of the library entirely, encrypts them and asks for a separate PIN or pattern that is not your phone passcode. Read the Hidden Album comparison or the Locked Folder comparison.
What can I put in the vault?
Photos, videos and documents such as PDFs, scanned IDs and screenshots. Import from your library or files, then delete the originals from your camera roll (and Recently Deleted or Trash) to finish the job.
What happens if I forget my PIN or pattern?
Choose a PIN or pattern you will remember and keep a note of it somewhere safe. The lock is separate from your phone passcode on purpose. Check the recovery options in the app’s settings when you set up the vault, and contact support before anything goes wrong rather than after.
Does TuckVault delete anything automatically?
No. The cleaner shows you duplicates, similar photos, large videos and repeated contacts and you choose what to delete, merge or compress. Review the suggestions first, keep your best originals, and check Recently Deleted or Trash afterwards to recover the space.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. There are separate iOS and Android versions. Some options and permissions differ by operating system and app version, so a feature may look a little different on each platform.
Is TuckVault free?
TuckVault is free to download on both stores. The app may include optional in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features; current pricing is shown on the store listings.
